• Exclusive tours (Only for 6-days conference registrations)

Ans: No.
Que: Will all the authors of a paper receive certificate?
Ans: Yes.
Que: Would the online presentation be pre-recorded in MESH – 2027?
Ans: No. It would be live at Conference Venue in Hanoi, Vietnam via Google Meet platform in front of participants.
Que: Does the registration fee include participant travel, VISA, and accommodation expenses?
Ans: No.
Que: Is the conference registration fee required to be paid at the time of abstract acceptance?
Ans: No. The registration fee is to be paid on or before the registration deadline.
Que: If the participant doesn’t get emails from the conference committee, can he/she assume nothing’s happening?
Ans: There could be a possibility of landing emails in the SPAM folder. In case of a delay of a week or more, check both the Inbox and SPAM folder or contact the conference organisers at laescuelaeducation@gmail.com.
Que: When can an author expect to receive a notification about the acceptance or rejection of the paper for the conference?
Ans: The complete details are available on the “Supporting Publication” page on the conference website, as the timeline varies journal-to-journal.

Ans: The proforma invoice can be issued upon request to laescuelaeducation@gmail.com.
Que: Can a participant participate in the conference without presenting research work?
Ans: Yes, the participant may participate as Non-Author. The participant has to select “Non-Author” registration category while submitting conference registration details.
Que: Can an author participate in the conference without publishing research?
Ans: Yes, the participant has to tick the “No” option under the section “Willing to Publish” while submitting conference registration details.
Que: Can a participant expect a waiver in registration fee if not capable of paying?
Ans: Laescuela Education is a self-financed organisation. The registration fee cannot be waived off.

Que: How will the author get the confirmation of abstract submission to the conference?
Ans: The author will receive a notification about successful abstract submission to the conference from the Leconfe Conference Management System Portal.
Que: When will the author receive a decision on acceptance/rejection of the abstract submitted to the conference?
Ans: The author will receive an abstract acceptance notification by December 03, 2026. The author can write to us at laescuelaeducation@gmail.com for early decision if required on an urgent basis.
Que: How will the author get the confirmation of registration details submission to the conference?
Ans: The author will receive a copy of the filled registration Google form at the registered email, which is the proof of successful submission of registration details to the conference.
Que: How will the author get the abstract acceptance cum conference invitation letter, required for academic/VISA purposes?
Ans: The author should request the letter at laescuelaeducation@gmail.com after the abstract acceptance.
Que: How will the author request a Proforma Invoice or Due Invoice, required for academic purposes?
Ans: The author should write to us at laescuelaeducation@gmail.com after the abstract submission with complete details.
Que: When will the detailed conference program schedule be available?
Ans: The detailed conference program schedule will be available after January 10, 2027.
Que: Is it mandatory to use the abstract/full paper template for initial submission to the conference?
Ans: No, but a specific template submission for a full paper can be requested by the author in later stages as per the journal guidelines.
Que: How to get the proof of the peer-review process performed on a paper?
Ans: It would be available on the Leconfe conference management system portal for one month after the decision. Authors can save the details for future use. A month after the decision, the conference details will be deleted from the Leconfe portal.
